Trump on Pulwama attacks: Very dangerous situation between the two countries
Donald Trump, the US President, has shared his views on the recent Pulwama attack on Friday from the Oval Office, White House. He said that he is hoping that things between India and Pakistan would soon get into harmony. Trump described the situation between the two countries as 'very, very bad'.
This is the first time the President of the supreme country is reacting on the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama which martyred 40 CRPF jawans. Trump stated that the US administration is continuously in touch with both the countries since the attack and considered the situation as dangerous. “We took care that even the US is involved in bringing peace between India and Pakistan,” he stated.
He further added: “A lot of people were just killed. We want to see it just stop. India is currently looking at things strongly as the country has lost 40 brave soldiers. The situation is going to be a very, very delicate balance. The recent Pulwama attacks have caused much more problems between the two countries,” said Trump.
Trump said that the US has stopped paying Pakistan the USD 1.3billion that we used to pay them as the country is not helping them anyway. He also said that he believes in the fact that Pakistan has taken advantage of previous presidents.
