Telangana Chief Minister KCR is likely to make an appeal to the people of Andhra Pradesh to back YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy in the upcoming assembly polls in the state. In exchange for the latter’s support to the Federal Front, a consortium of regional parties being formed by the TRS president.
Spokesperson of the ruling TRS Abid Rasool Khan said that TRS expects YSRCP to reciprocate the gesture by being part of a Federal Front proposed by KCR. Jagan is the key secular person and a friend of the poor, so definitely YSRCP going to have good results in upcoming elections, Rasool Khan added.
Last month, in a major meeting KCR, deputed his son KTR to meet Jagan at Lotus Pond in Hyderabad. And Jagan too expressed his views on Federal Front many times.
Rasool Khan said that TRS have a healthy relationship with YSRCP and they are under discussions in the party whether KCR would campaign in assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh in support of YSRCP.
