We will see a major set back of 50 years if Modi does not return to power: Nirmala Sitharaman
With the Lok Sabha elections falling close, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made an interesting revelation that India would face a setback of 50 years if Narendra Modi does not return to power.
In a recent interaction session organised by Thinkers Forum in Bengaluru, Nirmala said that if we lose a strong majority government, we would lag behind by 50 years. “Young India should recognise the work of BJP. It would be disfavouring if the first-time voters didn’t do it. Voters born in the 20th century should take the responsibility of representing the youth in the country,” she added.
She even questioned if we are going to do disfavour for the youth of this country by bringing back forces that have absolutely no delectation to this country. The Defence minister went all praise for Modi’s government and his strong leadership who is putting the nation first against all odds.
She also stated that unlike the previous government which is involved in various scams, the current one is trying to bring a noticeable change in the current which is emerging into a global magnet.
The defence minister went all ‘defence’ supporting the supremo of the country and attacked Rahul Gandhi over the Rafale deal, Sitharaman said that during 10 years of UPA rule, not even a single aircraft was added to the Air Force.
