The man who assaulted Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal during his roadshow on Saturday has been identified as Suresh and taken to Moti Nagar police station for questioning. According to DCP (West Delhi), the 33-year-old sells spare parts in Kailash Park. Reports suggest he waited for quite some time and as Kejriwal's vehicle approached, he climbed up and slapped the CM.
Reports suggest that the man was waiting for Arvind Kejriwal for quite some time and as soon as Kejriwal's vehicle came near him, he climbed up and slapped the Delhi Chief Minister.
According to DCP (West Delhi), Suresh sells spare parts in Kailash Park area of Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has been attacked five times, since the 2014 Delhi assembly elections. First, Kejriwal was attacked with black ink in 2013, when he was addressing a press conference in Delhi. In 2014, again ink was thrown at him during his election campaign ahead of the 16th general elections.
