YSRCP candidate Kodali Nani smacks a voter at a polling booth
Kodali Nani, Gudivada MLA candidate contesting from YSR Congress party has ended up in a controversy on the day of polling itself. As per the media reports, a brawl that started between the voters and YSRCP leaders at one of the polling booths in Gudivada has pulled Nani into it upon which he was seen manhandling a voter.
The fight started as YSRCP activists stated distributing money to people asking them to vote for their party which is against the election Code of Conduct. The people over there started an argument with the party leaders as the money is being distributed unequally. This turned out into a big fight and Nani who is nearby has reached the place and has reportedly hit one of the voters. The local police, however, did not receive any complaint as such regarding this issue.
