Seems like the elections’ stress had hit the candidates campaigning in their respective constituencies. YSRCP leaders took more step ahead to beat the head from both sizzling sun and party cadre. The party leaders have now sort the help of alcohol, not in their cool confines but in the public meets with all eyes on them.
Not many days after Raghu Ramakrishna Raju, YSRC candidate for Narsapur Parliamentary constituency was seen completely under the influence of alcohol, another leader from YSRCP has hit the headlines with his controversial statements. Anil Kumar Yadav, contesting for Nellore Urban Assembly segment, said that YS Jagan has the power to finish all his rivals with a single wink.
The videos of Yadav making these comment in an unstable state are doing rounds in the social media. He further said that “Kill or get killed! Victory or defeat! The party has no other option but to fly high the YSRCP flag, once the 2019 election results are out.”
These comment has attracted negative criticism from political circles about the irresponsibility displayed by YSRCP leaders in public places. On the other hand, the supporters of Raghu Ramakrishna Raju are now on defence mode defending their leader. They even filed a complaint at the local police station that the video showing their leader was morphed by the ruling party to show him in a bad light.
