Vishnu Vishal took to Twitter to ask his fans whether his team should announce the title of his next film amid the lockdown. The actor stated that the film was to start filming on April 11th. But due to the coronavirus outbreak, it now stands halted. However, he said that he'd like to announce the project. So he conducted a poll to let his fans decide if he should go ahead with the announcement.
The actor tweeted, “Hi. Wanted to start my next movie on April 11 but life had different plans. I still want to be positive and share the details on the same date, but only with your approval. We tried something different and have made a title announcement teaser but your decision will be final.”
The poll had two options - the first was ‘yes, go ahead and release." And the second option said that the announcement can wait till the end of the pandemic. 60% of his audience voted for the ‘yes, go ahead and release,' option. We will now have to wait to see if the actor's team will actually announce it.
Meanwhile, the actor awaits the release of his upcoming film Kaadan. While talking about the film, Vishal recently said, “I’m afraid of forest and Nature. But the movie communicates an important message: that love is universal.” The actor suffered an injury while shooting for the film. Talking about the injury he said, “I have no regrets because I was back on my feet and overcame my inhibitions. The movie went through a lot of hurdles over the last two and a half years. But one person who kept his patience and vision intact was Prabhu sir.”
Rumour has it that the actor will be starring in the Tamil remake of the Telugu film Jersey.
