Bollywood star hero Ajay Devgn turned as an action choreographer. The prolific actor designed a couple of action scenes for his upcoming film Bhuj: The Pride of India. Ajay took over this responsibility in the absence of the film's stunt director Peter Hein. We hear that the scenes came out well and the team lauded the stunt expertise of Ajay.
According to the reports in Mid Day, a source said that these action scenes come at a crucial juncture. In the first scene, Ajay will be hand-hand combat with the spies of the Pakistani Army. In the other scene, Sanjay Dutt and Sharad Kelkar will take on the antagonists. Peter was actually supposed to design these scenes as well. But he remained unavailable in the shoot days. The makers have already booked the studio and had the combination dates of all the actors. When they were in a fix, Ajay came to the rescue. The shoot of these action scenes happened in March this year. After the filming of the scenes, the crew was in awe of the action expertise of Ajay. For those who are unaware, Ajay is the son of stunt choreographer Veeru Devgan.
Bhuj: The Pride of India is being directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya. Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sanjay Dutt, Sharad Kelkar, and Ammy Virk are playing the other important roles in the movie. We hear that it will have a direct OTT release but there is no official word about it yet.
