Allu Arjun has officially joined the sets of Pushpa: The Rule, the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise. The film is currently being shot at Visakhapatnam's port area, with an introduction song being canned on Bunny, with the port and beach in the backdrop. More than a hundred background dancers are said to be present in this song. The Vizag schedule of the film started last week and the song is expected to be completed in the next two days.
Shekar Master is the choreographer of this song, and sources say that the song is going to be highly energetic. Leading lady Rashmika Mandanna is not a part of this schedule and will be joining the shoot in the next schedule.
Pushpa 2 is scheduled to be released in December this year, and there are huge expectations for the film. The first film turned out to be a massive success, earning more in the Hindi market than in the South market, and making Allu Arjun a pan-Indian star. As a result, the expectations for the second film are massive. Director Sukumar spent the whole of 2022 fine-tuning the script of the sequel.
The sequel will feature characters from the first film and new characters as well, as officially announced by Sukumar himself. Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil will be seen as the primary antagonist in the film. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for this film as well, and the expectations for the album of Pushpa 2 are high, as the first film's album was a massive success.
