Most of the Tollywood directors tend to release their movies during festival seasons. After the Sankranthi season, most of the movies will get lined up for release during Ugadi. But, sadly, there are no big movies that are going to get released for Ugadi this year. Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, the film industry is also getting affected and most of the directors are postponing the release of their movies. We have already seen a couple of directors postponing the release to April or May instead of March. However, there are some big announcements that are making way to the audiences for Ugadi.
First of all, the makers of #Prabhas20 are much likely to unveil the title and the first look poster of the film on the occasion of Ugadi. Directed by 'Jil' fame Radha Krishna Kumar, Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in this movie. UV Creations and Gopikrishna Pictures are jointly producing the film. The film's shoot is happening at Georgia now.
On the other hand, the title and guest role cast announcement of #Chiru152 is also going to take place on Ugadi. The film unit might also come up with the announcement of the female lead of the movie. Most likely, Kajal Aggarwal plays the leading lady in the film.
If everything goes well, the official announcement of #SSMB27 will also come out for Ugadi. Though there are no movie releases for this festive season, the audience has been looking forward to the announcements regarding star hero films.
