Only two months are left for 2020, and we are already excited about what the new year holds for us. Here's a list of January 2020 Hindi movie releases which will make 2020 more exciting.

1. Indoo ki Jawani: 2nd January
The film features Aditya Seal and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. It revolves around a girl from Ghaziabad and her misadventures with dating apps. 2. Yaara: 2nd January
Yaara is a Bollywood action-drama, directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. The movie stars Shruti Haasan and Vidyut Jamwal. 3. Happy, Hardy Aur Heer: 3rd January
Happy Hardy and Heer is an upcoming Bollywood Romantic comedy film, produced by Himesh Reshammiya, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Sabita Manakchand. Reshammiya will take up the lead role while Sonia Mann, a Punjabi actress will mark her second Hindi film as a lead actress 4. Sab Kushal Mangal: 3rd January
Sab Kushal Mangal is an upcoming Hindi movie scheduled to be released on 3 Jan 2020. The movie is directed by Karan Kashyap and will feature Akshaye Khanna, Priyanka, and Riva Kishan as lead characters. 5. Chhapaak: 10th January
Chhapaak is the much-anticipated film directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Deepika Padukone and Meghna Gulzar in collaboration with Fox Star Studios. It stars Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey and is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. 6. Tanhaji: the unsung warrior: 10th January
Taanaji is a historical drama based on Subedar Taanaji Malusare, the military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who lost his life in the battle at Fort of Sinhagad. This Om Raut's directorial venture stars Ajay Devgn in the lead role. It will also star Kajol in the role of Tanhaji's wife. 7. Jai mummy Di: 17th January
Jai Mummy Di is a romantic comedy film directed by debutant Navjot Gulati starring Sunny Singh and Sonnalli Seygall. The film also features actors Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dhillon. 8. The Girl on the train: release date not revealed
The Girl on The Train is a mystery thriller drama film directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and produced under the banner of Reliance Entertainment. The film is a remake of the 2016 American film of the same name, in turn, based on British author Paula Hawkins' 2015 novel of the same name. Parineeti Chopra will play the lead role in the film. 9. Mimi: Release date not revealed
Mimi is inspired by the 2010 Marathi movie Mala Aai Vhhaychy, the Hindi version has roped in Kriti Sanon to play the lead role. The will also star Pankaj Tripathi. 10. Street Dancer: 24th January
Street Dancer 3D is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language dance film directed by Remo D'Souza, produced by Bhushan Kumar, and starring Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Prabhu Deva in lead roles. 11. Panga: 24th January
Panga starring Kangana Ranaut is inspired by the life of a national level Kabbadi player from India. It follows her triumphs, struggles and overcoming of stereotypes and reflecting upon the importance of love and family support in order to become successful. 12. Turram Khan: 31st January
Turram Khan is a social comedy film directed by Hansal Mehta starring Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha. It is produced by Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan, and Ankur Garg. Turram Khan reunites Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar Rao. 13. Tadap: Release date not revealed
The film starring Tara Sutaria and debutant Ahan Shetty, son of Suniel Shetty, is a remake of the 2018 Telugu film RX 100. The filming began on 6 August 2019 in Mumbai.
