Lockdown time is certainly a terrible time. The irony is that we are not just able to celebrate occasions but also can't be able to mourn deaths. We have seen how Rishi Kapoor's daughter Ridhima Kapoor could not make it to father's funeral. Now, the Tamil film industry witnesses the loss of a budding director AV Arun Prakash. Arun Prakash's next film is titled 4G with GV Prakash Kumar playing the lead. Gayathri Suresh and Sathish are also the actors. Unfortunately, he died in a road accident. He earlier assisted director Shankar who shared his response on Twitter.

After a long time, director Shankar took to his Twitter profile to pay tribute to his former assistant director. “Heartbroken by the sudden demise of the young director and my ex-assistant, Arun. You were always sweet, positive and hardworking. My prayers are forever with you and my deepest condolences to your family and friends.” wrote Shankar on his Twitter profile.

AV Arun Prasath met with a bike accident near Mettupalayam in Coimbatore.

A lot of other film personalities, his friends and media persons are mourning his death on Twitter. We express our deepest condolences to him and pray for strength to his family members.
