Earlier this month, filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon disclosed through an Instagram post that he is reviving the movie "Dhruva Natchathiram," which stars Vikram in the lead position. According to recent sources, the long-delayed movie will see theatres this year. According to reports, in a recent interview with a media outlet, director Gautham Vasudev Menon said that Vikram's fourth movie of the year would soon be released. He disclosed that the film will probably hit theatres in December 2022. The movie's dubbing is finished, and post-production is currently underway. According to reports, Udhayanidhi Stalin's distribution business has purchased the rights to the movie.

Vikram, Aishwarya Rajesh, Ritu Varma, Simran, Raadhika, Parthiban, and Dhivyadharshini feature in the spy thriller "Dhruva Natchathiram." Vikram last appeared in the OTT movie "Mahaan," which came out this year. He is currently anticipating the release of his movie "Cobra," which is scheduled to hit theatres on August 31, and then he has "Ponniyin Selvan," which is scheduled to hit theatres on September 30 across India.
