Khaidi comes up with New Age Filmmaking, says Mahesh Babu

After showering appreciations on Dhanush's Asuran recently, Mahesh Babu heaped praises on another Tamil blockbuster Khaithi. The film released in Telugu with the title Khaidi. Karthi played the lead in the movie, directed by the talented filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Mahesh Babu got impressed with the way the film, shaped up and he could not stop from raving it. Taking to Twitter, Mahesh Babu posted, "Khaidi... new age filmmaking...thrilling action sequences and stellar performances in a gripping script... no songs!! In spite of his busy shooting schedules for the film Sarileru Neekevaru, Mahesh took out some time to catch the film and posted his opinion on Twitter. It is so nice of Mahesh Babu to say great things about his childhood friend Karthi's film. With Mahesh Babu's tweet on the film, there can be a boost on the film's collections as the makers can use it to promote the film furthermore. After a long time, Karthi's film is performing well in Telugu and this is the right time for the talented actor to consider doing a straight Telugu movie which is pending for a long time. On the work front, Mahesh Babu is busy with Sarileru Neekevaru.
