Mammootty Says He's Reluctant To Celebrate His Birthday, Thanks Fans For Wishes

Malayalam superstar Mammootty celebrated his 70th birthday on September 7. He has a quiet birthday in the presence of his family members. Later that evening, Mammootty was overwhelmed by the love he received on social media from his friends, acquaintances, family members, and fans. He thanked them all and said it is great to see people who he doesn't know personally celebrate him. He promised that he will continue to entertain everyone as long as he can. He mentioned Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal, Amitabh Bachchan and thanked them.

Mammootty wrote that he is overwhelmed and humbled by all the love today on his birthday. He wrote,

Mammootty doesn't celebrate his birthdays. However, on this birthday he felt truly blessed as people who know him personally and those who don't know him personally showered love him equally. Mammootty is now waiting for the release of Bheeshma Parvam, Puzhu, and Paathaam Valavu. The release dates of these three Malayalam films will be announced soon.
