Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi's Master is the first big-budget film to release in theatres during the Covid-19 pandemic. The success of Master helped in reviving the theatre business. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film also stars Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Gouri Kishan in supporting roles. The film, on March 3, has completed 50 days in theatres. Vijay's fans have been celebrating the milestone in theatres and on Twitter as well. Hundreds of fans have been tweeting about the film under the hashtag #MASTERBlockUster50Days.
Co-producer Jagadish took to Twitter to share a BTS video of Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi from the climax shoot of Master. In the video, we can see Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi shooting for the climax and finally hugging each other.. Sharing the video, Jagadish wrote, "A long wait followed by a success that was even bigger, is something very special. A feeling that is beyond words to express.
