Nani’s Tuck Jagadish Tracking Back On Amazon Prime Release Prospect?

Given the unfavorable conditions in Andhra Pradesh, owing to cinema ticket pricing issues and the night curfew regulations, the makers of Nani’s Tuck Jagadish were in talks with Amazon Prime. The makers were planning to sell off the direct to digital rights of Tuck Jagadish to Amazon Prime Video. It was even heard that the makers were close to striking a deal in the range of Rs 37-40 crores with Amazon Prime.

But the latest developments are suggesting that the makers of Tuck Jagadish are tracking back on the Amazon Prime release. They are instead planning to release the film in theaters and are acting accordingly.

Reports suggest that the producers of Tuck Jagadish are close to revoking the digital rights deal with Amazon Prime. An official announcement on the film’s theatrical release date will be out by the end of the day, suggest reports.

Notably, SR Kalyanamandapam, which was released on 6th August is posting good numbers at the box office despite lukewarm reviews. The box office performance of this low-budget film is giving new hopes to Tollywood. Now, the makers of Tuck Jagadish opine that the film can have a good run at the box office if it releases in theaters. So, they are apparently close to canceling the agreement with Amazon Prime.
