Nelson Dilipkumar beins location hunt for Thalapathy 65

Director Nelson Dilipkumar was supposed to make his debut with Simbu's Vettai Mannan. Due to unknown reasons, the film failed to materialise and Nelson had to wait for nearly a decade to make his debut. He then signed his first film with actress Nayanthara. The duo worked together in Kolamaavu Kokila, which received overwhelming reviews from the audience. He signed his next film with actor Sivakarthikeyan titled Doctor. The film which is tipped to be based on organ trafficking is all set to hit the theatres on March 26.

Even before his second film could release, he signed his next film with none other than Thalapathy Vijay. The big-budget film will be produced by Sun Pictures. With just a few days for release, Nelson has begun his work on Thalapathy 65. He has started scouting locations for the film. According to several reports, the shooting of Thalapathy 65 will be shot in Russia. However, an official announcement on the same is yet to be made by the makers. Pooja Hegde has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Vijay in the film.
