Tomorrow is World Yoga Day. Yoga is a form of exercise which has its origins in India. Now, it is being followed across the globe. It also one of the ancient exercise forms in the world. Every year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi does a Yoga session on Yoga Day and also addresses the nation to explain the importance of it. Popular actor Krishnam Raju also decided to explain the benefits of Yoga. He made a video along with his wife and shared it online about a while ago. In this video, Krishnam Raju gives Yoga tips that help us to build immunity and fight against the deadly coronavirus.

 
In the video, Krishnam Raju says, "On this World Yoga Day, make Yoga as part of your lives and stay healthy forever. To fight the coronavirus, I will give you some tips in Yoga. The first one if Prana Kriya, which helps us to build immunity. If we do this for 10-15 minutes daily, it improves our immunity levels. The other one if Kapala Bath, which also helps us to build immunity and stay healthy." We can see Krishnam Raju and his wife demonstrating the postures and procedures of the exercises. The netizens are thanking the actor for sharing his knowledge. They are also lauding him for staying healthy with the help of Yoga.
 
Krishnam Raju is currently spending time at home due to the lockdown. He is also not making movies regularly due to age issues.
