The Indian government has announced a lockdown to control coronavirus in the country. The lockdown is implemented in nearly 80 districts in the country. The Central government has urged people to strictly enforce lockdown in all states as the situation is not good. Some states, however, have announced a complete lockdown. Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab have all announced the complete lockdown. However, in some states, it is clear that people are not cooperating with the lockdown. People are not cooperating despite all the efforts on social media.
Our Telugu states are coming out even when there is no work. Going to the neighbour's houses to play and making them annoyed. It is in this context that the central government now has the opportunity to make key decisions. There is a possibility of the central government extending the lockdown until the 10th of next month. Governments have already taken decisions to curb corona in all respects. Now if you go further ... Governments hope to tighten it. They are making sloppy decisions.
PM Modi tweeted that people are not taking lockdown seriously. Modi urged the people to follow the government's mandate. Modi has advised each person to take care of their families.
A small issue can make the situation worse. So now the Modi government is planning to announce the Emergency in order to curb the people. If people come out there are chances of the baton charge. The central government is thinking of bringing an ordinance on this, if necessary.
