Pathaan Hindi Version Earnings Cross ₹350 Crore In India

Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand and starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, is still holding strong after a massive first week. The film, which was released on January 25, earned approximately 17-17.50 crore nett on its second Wednesday in Hindi at the domestic box office.

The second Wednesday collection brings the film's total to around 348.50 crore nett. The collection has put it on track to break the 350 crore mark in Hindi at the domestic box office. It is expected to continue its good run, as there aren't many films coming out in the next two weeks.

According to a report, there is a drop of around 20% from Tuesday. But some mass pockets held up very well on Monday and Tuesday and were likely adjusting on Wednesday.

Pathaan grossed Rs. 634 crores worldwide in its first week. It earned 395 crores in gross revenue and 330.25 crores in net revenue in India. Its gross overseas collection in the first week was 239 crore.

The action thriller has also done well in the United Kingdom. Pathaan has collected £1.9 million in the UK in just five days, trailing only Avatar: The Way of Water. Pathaan released in 223 locations across the UK and has done well so far. Variety reports that the film earned £1.4 million over the weekend and £1.9 million overall. Pathaan had the highest opening day in the UK for an Indian title, with £3,19,000.

Pathaan is a global espionage thriller that follows the titular spy (Shah Rukh). He returns from exile to prevent the terrorist group Outfit X from launching a crippling attack on India. Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana play important roles in the film as well. It is Shah Rukh's first film release in four years, following the 2018 film Zero. It's also his and Deepika's fourth collaboration.
