Prashanth celebrates birthday with Simran on Andhagan sets

Prashanth and Simran were one of the hit combinations in the late 90s and 2000s in Tamil cinema. Together, they have acted in several hit films such as Kannedhirey Thondrinaal, Jodi, Parthen Rasithen and Thamizh. After almost 19 years, the hit jodi is back for an interesting film. They will be playing pivvotal roles in a film titled Andhagan, which is directed by Prashanth's father and producer Thiagarajan. Andhagan, as reported earlier, is the official Tamil remake of Bollywood's blockbuster and critically-acclaimed film, Andhadhun. The crime thriller starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte in lead roles.

Prabhash turned a year older on April 6 while Simran celebrated her birthday on April 4. The Andhagan team decided to celebrate their birthdays on the film sets. The two stars cut their birthday cake and fed each others. Photos from the Andhagan shooting spot are going viral and it also gave birth to comments about how Prabhashanth and Simran look young and beautiful even after two decades. Apart from Prashanth and Simran, Andhagan also stars Priya Anand, Samuthirakani, Vanitha Vijayakumar and Navarasa Nayagan Karthik.
