Radikaa Sarathkumar clarifies about her health

For the past one month, Sarathkumar and Radikaa Sarathkumar were busy campaigning for their political party. They joined hands with Kamal Haasan's Makkal needhi Maiam and even toured with him to campaign for the recently concluded Tamilnadu Assembly Elections. Recently, the actor-politician couple was sentenced to one year in the cheque bounce case. Radikaa, Sarathkumar and Listin Stephen started a production company called Magic Frames and borrowed money from Radiance Media and exchanged several cheques. When the cheques were presented at the court, they bounced.

Meanwhile, there were reports doing the rounds that Radikaa Sarathkumar had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. She took to Twitter to clarify rumours about her health. She wrote, "Thanks everyone for the love and affection, I am not down with coronavirus, just body ache after the second vaccine. The online press is just filing rubbish about health and case. We will fight it in higher courts. I am back at work, have a good day (sic)." Radikaa bid goodbye to television and will now concentrate on doing more films in Tamil and Telugu.
