The veteran actor began filming for 'Jailer' today, August 22nd, and the creators made the special announcement by releasing the star's first look. The captivating actor looks fashionable as he is forever, with an aged appearance and a thick beard.

The latest trailer for 'Jailer,' starring Rajinikanth and Nelson Dilipkumar, promises an intriguing thriller, and principal photography for the film began today in Chennai. To begin the shoot, a police station set is created in a film city, and the first few days of filming are scheduled to take place on the set. The majority of the scenes for 'Jailer' will be shot in the film towns of Chennai and Hyderabad. Thus, Rajinikanth will be quite busy for the next several months. Ramya Krishnan, Shivarajkumar, and Vasanth Ravi have confirmed their involvement in 'Jailer'; however, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Priyanka Mohan's presence remains unconfirmed. The film's soundtrack will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while Vijay Kartik Kannan will handle the camera.
