The action-thriller "Kantara" honors Kambla and Bhootha Kola traditional culture. In it, Rishab plays the main character. "Kantara," means "mystical forest". It relates the tale of a local demigod named Bhoota who, in 1870, bargains with a king to give the tribe's members forest land in exchange for happiness. Years later, when the king's son becomes avaricious and demands the land back, he perishes at Bhootha's hands.
