RJ Balaji to join hands with Vadivelu

RJ Balaji, as the name suggests, started his career as a radio jockey. His shows Crosstalk and reviews on films catapulted him to fame. In fact, it was his radio shows that landed him a role in Tamil films. After playing supporting roles in over 25 films, RJ Balaji decided to turn solo lead with LKG, which is a political satire. With his next film Mookuthi Amman, RJ Balaji made his directorial debut alongside NJ Saravanan. Mookuthi Amman streamed directly on Disney+ Hotstar and became a huge hit. Now, RJ Balaji has moved on to his next film.

In several interviews, RJ Balaji said that he will not do supporting roles in films hereafter. Now, it is reported that Balaji has signed a film with director Thirumurugan of Emtan Magan fame. What is exciting is that RJ Balaji might join hands with Vadivelu in this film. Official confirmation of the same is yet to be made. The film will be produced by Sathya Jyothi Films and is tipped to be a family drama with the right doses of comedy and action.
