Silambarasan Wraps Up 'Pathu Thala' Shooting

Actor Silambarasan TR had been filming for his upcoming movie, "Pathu Thala," which would be helmed by "Sillunnu Oru Kadhal" director Obeli N Krishna. Gautham Karthik co-stars in the principal role of this "Mufti" adaptation in Tamil. The eagerly anticipated movie's filming is already over.

It's interesting to note that the final day of filming took place at Hosur Airport, the same location where Venkat Prabhu's "Maanaadufinal "day of filming also took place. Silambarasan uploaded images from the final day of filming,

Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalaiarasan of Madras fame, Manushiyaputhiran, and Asuran star Teejay will all appear in the Tamil version. The movie also represents the filmmaker and composer AR Rahman's reunion, 15 years after Sillunu Oru Kadhal. While there have been rumors that the producers are preparing a Christmas release in December, the most recent talk indicates that the movie will be released in January 2023.
