Thala Ajith in talks with director AL Vijay!

Thala Ajith, who is fondly called Thala by his fans, is busy shooting for his 60th film, which is Valimai. Directed by H Vinoth, the film is produced by Boney Kapoor who forayed into the film industry with Nerkonda Paarvai. As Valimai is expected to be wrapped up in a couple of months, all eyes are on Thala's next film, which will mark his 61st venture in Kollywood. As of now, Ajith hasn't signed any film, but he is in talks with a few directors. Being impressed with his working style, Ajith might team up with H Vinoth once against after the success of Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai.

Apart from H Vinoth, directors, Sudha Kongara Prasad and Vishnuvardhan have reportedly narrated their scripts to him. And the two directors are waiting for an answer from him. The latest development is that director AL Vijay has also penned a script for Ajith. The duo recently met each other and had a possible collaboration. Ajith and AL Vijay worked together in Kreedam, which released in 2007. Despite being a decent commercial entertainer, Kreedam failed to do well at the box office. Let us see if Ajith and AL Vijay will reunite after 14 years.
