When Sye Raa promotions happened, Amitabh revealed that Chiru once called him and told that he is entering into politics. Amitabh resisted him to do so but Chiru had already made up his mind by them. Amitabh also added that he advised the same thing to Pawan Kalyan recently but couldn't convince him as he was also passionate about politics.
Chiru later said that he regrets not listening to Amitabh at that time but at least he is happy that he made his comeback into films after trying out his hand in politics.
Had Chiru followed the legendary actor's advice, it would have been much better but still, Chiranjeevi had his share of experiences.
On the work front, the actor is currently busy working on an exciting movie with director Koratala Siva. The film unit is busy with pre-production activities now. The complete details of the project will come out soon. Mani Sharma scores the music and Ram Charan is the film's producer.
