A former royal ruler, Avittam Thirunal Narayana Varma, faces a generational conflict when his granddaughter Gopika falls for Sulaiman, a musician who attends a palace ceremony to remove obstacles to her marriage. Meanwhile, Malavika Thampuratti, his daughter, returns with her son—Sulaiman’s father, Abdul Rahman, a man crippled in a past clash with her brothers over their disapproval of his relationship with her. The film examines whether tradition or love should dictate the palace’s future, with the grandfather’s decision holding the balance. The film stars Captain Raju, Preetha Vijayakumar, Narendra Prasad, Innocent and Cochin Haneefa, directed by Jose Thomas.
