Second notices to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's riverfront residence in Karikatta in Amaravati have been issued by the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). On the entrance wall, the notices were pasted, which were issued in the name of Lingamaneni Ramesh, who owns the property.

The matter that the ground floor, first floor, swimming pool and dressing room on the first floor were constructed without proper approvals and norms was mentioned by the CRDA in the notices. A deadline to shift the stuff within a week time or else it will do things on its own was also given by the CRDA.

Its first notice was served in July by CRDA alleging that Lingamaneni guest house is an illegal construction and it asked for an explanation. Lingamaneni reacted to the notices saying that CRDA did not exist when the construction of the guest house was started which is who he got approvals from Panchayat office in Undavalli. Looks like CRDA won't be leaving CBN till he finally evacuates his house.
