For the last few days, the nomination process for the local body elections that took place in Andhra Pradesh was filled with violence and reportedly the YSRCP supporters are said to be the culprits behind these attacks all over the state.
YSRCP members attacked many leaders from TDP and BJP. Out of many, Bonda Uma and Buddha Venkanna are the two popular TDP leaders attacked by the YSRCP supporters. Now reportedly the BJP leaders are also attacked by them.
Some BJP people were injured on their way to file nominations and the AP BJP president Kanna Lakshmi Narayana fumed on YS Jagan for this act. On seeing this, BJP high command gave a strict warning to Jagan. They said like if he continues in the same way, they are going to take strict action against Jagan.
The Janasena Party and the BJP, have recently formed an alliance in Andhra Pradesh. And are contesting the upcoming local body polls together. They released their vision document for the elections recently. Speaking to reporters on the occasion, JSP chief Pawan Kalyan and the state BJP leaders lashed out at the YSRCP. Pawan Kalyan accused the party of attempting to win the elections through force and violence
The BJP chief said that Jagan’s government is feeling insecure and the attacks are a result of the same. While Kanna is very disappointed with this violence the BJP High command is said to be very serious on Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Jagan met Modi recently and discussed and negotiated on various terms but the happened incident is just intolerable for the people at the central government particularly when they are in alliance with JSP.
So it seems like Modi will bide his time to take exact revenge on Jagan for his double standards as Jagan didn’t even respond on any of the allegations so far.
