Day-time restrictions lifted in all 22 districts in Jammu and Kashmir

The restrictions have been relaxed in all 22 districts of Jammu and Kashmir, as there is improvement in the situation.

Day-time restrictions lifted in all 22 districts in Jammu and Kashmir

The Jammu and Kashmir state administration has lifted day-time restrictions from all the 22 districts in the state. “Day-time restrictions relaxed from all 105 police jurisdictions in Kashmir,” Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Secretary, Department of Information and Public Relations, J&K Government tweeted. “It has done after improvement in the situation,” J&K DGP Dilbagh Singh said.
 
On the other side, over 8,000 students have availed internet facility in Srinagar inn the past three weeks. So that students can register for various competitive examinations and access academic information. J&K government said in a statement on Friday. The government has set up six terminals at the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) to provide an internet facility. The facility is also available at National Informatics Centre (NIC) at Srinagar DC office.
 
Students used the internet facility for filling admission forms and making applications for scholarships at national and international institutions, a government spokesperson said.
