Telangana Chief Minister realized in no time that he can’t take the TSRTC strike for granted. He has received a cute body blow due to the intensity of the ongoing TSRTC strike. The public meeting of the KCR at the Huzurnagar got cancelled in the wake of the TSRTC strike.
The TRS leaders made grand arrangements for the meeting spending lakhs of rupees and expected to mobilize at least a lakh of people to the meeting. But the official release from CM’s office came that they cancelled the meeting.
The letter said there would be heavy rain and thunderstorms in Huzurnagar and surrounding areas, accompanied by lightning, squally winds and a possible cloud burst. “There will be reduced flight visibility and weather conditions are detrimental to flight safety. Hence, it is not advisable for the CM to fly to Huzurnagar,” Bharat said in the letter.
But the talk in the political circles states that the intelligence has predicted that he might face strong protests from the people in the wake of RTC strike. The party leaders were also not confident of mobilizing huge crowds to the meeting in the wake of lack of transport facilities and also the reluctance of the people to attend the rally. They conveyed the same to KCR.
Anyway, KCR has to get used to these kinds of things if he failed to take any measures to suppress the strike soon.
