Here are the places where Karnataka MLA’s were hidden by their respective parties
The political developments in Karnataka are changing every moment. With Chief Minister Kumara Swamy challenges on the floor of the house on Friday that he was ready for a show of strength on the floor of the assembly, every party is protecting their MLA’s who are in quest of crossing over to other parties.
The JDS MLAs have been shifted to Goldshire resorts in Devanahalli area of Nandi Hills, while the Congress has taken its MLAs to Star Hotels. The BJP, which too was alarmed by the reports that the JDU is in touch with some of its MLAs, has taken its MLAs to Ramada Sai Leela hotel in Rajanakunte that belongs to a close friend of Union Minister Sadananda Gowda.
Meanwhile, The rebel Karnataka MLAs on Saturday visited Sai Baba temple in Shirdi. The rebel MLAs are staying at a hotel in Mumbai after resigning and withdrawing support to the Congress-JD(S) coalition government in Karnataka. On Thursday, the rebel MLAs met the Karnataka Assembly Speaker to submit their resignations in Bengaluru but returned to the hotel the same day.
This precarious situation arouse with the resignation of 16 Congress MLAs and 2 independents. Congress is accusing BJP that they are acting against democracy and looting their MLA’s with money.
