Jagan Mohan Reddy is going the way of KCR as the Telangana state government had formed its new districts soon after its formation in 2014. Now, under Jagan’s rule, the same is going to happen. Jagan wanted to form new districts as soon as he took up the charge for ease in administration.
Previously, the proposal of the new district formation has come up thrice but it hadn't taken a shape back then. It has the buzz that 12 more new districts are under consideration in addition to the existing 13 districts. As per reports, Jagan has given his consent for increasing the districts of Andhra Pradesh from 13 to 25.
We can note that YS Jagan had promised during the polls that he will make every Lok Sabha constituency into a district once he forms the government. Now, the officials are all set to give the final list to Jagan Mohan Reddy so that he can announce the new districts any time soon.
