Is it a dig on KCR, what Jagan spoke at AP formation day celebrations?

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), which came to power in May, decided to revive Formation Day celebrations on November 1. After a gap of five years, Andhra Pradesh resumed celebrating State Formation Day with Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy attending the main official function here Friday evening. The function, which kicked off the three-day celebrations, showcased the rich traditions and cultures of Andhra Pradesh.

During his speech, Jagan said the hard work of 13 districts’ people of truncated AP has left behind Hyderabad and Chennai. He has made these comments on the eve of AP formation day held on Nov 1st. Now, these comments of Jagan expected to trigger reactions from the Telangana counterpart and his party leaders.

Earlier, Telangana CM KCR had commented that the Jagan government is experimenting with the RTC merger with the AP state government. KCR’s comments on the APSRTC merger haven’t gone down well with AP CM Jagan who said to have taken the RTC merger with government prestigious.

Maybe as a tit for tat, Jagan said no other state in India meted out such grave justice as Andhra Pradesh but expressed the optimism that the state will overcome the odds and move ahead. He is referring to the bifurcation of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as political analysts opine.
