Jagan to return lands to farmers which are taken for land pooling
After the hour-long review meets on Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA), Jagan is said to have decided to return lands to the farmers who want their lands. Municipal administration and Urban Development Minister, Botsa Satyanarayana said this.
He added that Jagan said that no one’s land must be taken forcibly under land pooling. For this, the government will be returning the lands to the farmers who want it back. It is being said that Jagan told the CRDA officials and Botsa that people must know that something good is being done. Botsa alleged that previous government was found to have done corruption in every stage of land pooling scheme.
By saying "It is corruption everywhere in land pooling, capital development works and land allotments," Botsa confirmed that another such review meeting might soon take place. By this decision of Jagan where farmers may feel happy, on the other hand the development in Amaravati might take a hit and get slowed down.
However, from the day Jagan became CM there has been no news of Amaravati and its development anywhere but Jagan remained in the news till now from that day doing one or other thing that might benefit general public.
