The man who is the most underrated politician in the state and the one who deserves more for his principles and values, Jayaprakash Narayan has backed Telangana CM KCR on the TSRTC strike. Yes, this people’s leader took KCR’s side in the ongoing intense RTC strike.
The Lok Satta chief took part in the debate for the Telugu news channel along with RTC leaders and oppositions. JP’s point is - being a business entity, RTC has no right to ask for the merger of its corporation with the Government whatsoever.
“RTC leaders should realize that RTC is a business entity whereas the government is at the service of people and decision-makers. Except for the merger demand, RTC can ask for pay hikes, recruitments, and others,” said JP.
Though JP backed off KCR in this issue, he questions the Telangana CM and made an open challenge to CM KCR on Kaleshwaram Project. One should laud JP’s comments as he does it on an issue basis, unlike the seasoned opportunistic politicians.
