Problems are becoming bigger and bigger for the Telugu Desam party head Chandrababu Naidu after the 2019 elections. Jagan Mohan Reddy who won with the vast majority in 2019 polls is giving all the freebies to the people of AP and thus gaining his momentum for the next election. Right from day 1 after results had declared TDP went into trauma where a maximum number of winning MLAs in TDP has rumored to be changing their party stand as early as possible.
BJP or YSRCP is their next best choice where except for Vallabhaneni Vamsi no one else is serious about their party change as of now. But at the same time, Kamma MLAs of TDP had supposed to be standing together with their Leader CBN and his son Nara Lokesh. Nothing as such is happening after the party's debacle loss. Kamma MLAs in TDP are now shying away from taking any kind of responsibility when it comes to face the Jagan.11 out of 23 MLAs in TDP belong to the Kamma Community. Balakrishna from Hindupuram never did much for their party as he is busy with movie shoots now.
Payyavula Keshav from Uravakonda is not at all active even after getting appointed as PAC chairman. Rajahmundry Rural MLA Buchaiah Chowdary made his presence during Assembly Sessions but gone silent thereafter. Gadde Ram Mohan, Jogeswara Rao, Velagapudi Ramakrishnulu, Eluru Sambasiva Rao are just keeping themselves to their constituencies. Both Gottipati Ravi (Addanki) and Karanam Balaram (Chirala) are in touch with YCP Leadership to shift loyalties.
