Karnataka man in Saudi posts, 'Next Ram Mandir in Mecca', arrested

A Karnataka man in Saudi Arabia got arrested for an alleged Facebook post allegedly posting provocative messages on Facebook. The man had identified as one Harish Bangera from Kundapur in coastal Karnataka.
 
A Facebook profile in his name has posted suggesting that another Ram Mandir be built at Mecca which is the revered holy site by a majority of Muslims across the world. In another message, the profile had also abused members of the Saudi royal family.
 
Meanwhile, in a video allegedly posted by Harish which has shared across social media channels, he had seen asking for forgiveness.
 
Harish in the video said, "I've done a mistake. I ask my Muslim brothers to forgive me. I will never upload such a post again. I am facing a problem with my company."
 
"Embassy is cognizant of the matter and would do all possible to help Harish (Bangera)," Indian Embassy in Riyadh said.
