While expressing his ire at the government employees, Telangana chief minister, KCR has been talking about dogs and tails. If KCR abolishes the revenue department or VRO System in Telangana, the revenue staff is in plans to go on strike.
Over this issue, KCR is angry over the revenue staff. KCR says that the duty of employees is to follow the orders of government. They should not dictate the government on what to do and what not to do. Whatever the government orders, the employees must do that and there is no other choice, says KCR. Over this issue, mentioning on dogs and tails, KCR said: “Dog should move the tail and tail should not move the dog”.
Here, KCR compared government with dogs and employees with tails in his statement. Everything is correct in its place. But, KCR needs to realize, of the same policy adopted by AP government before getting partitioned, would the Telangana employees then be able to fight for Telangana state, go on strike, take part in Sakula Janula Samme for over 40 days and stop RTC buses for 40 days?
At that place, KCR himself praised the Telangana employees and provided them Telangana special increment after partition and became the Chief Minister of Telangana in 2014. Earlier, himself told the Telangana employees that it was their right to protest. Now, he doesn’t want them to protest against his government.
