KCR’s insensitive comments made our intention clear on APSRTC merger: Perni Nani

Andhra Pradesh minister Perni Nani has made it clear that the RTC will get merged with the government. Telangana CM KCR's recent comments on the merger of RTC in the AP has made the news in Andhra Pradesh wherein he said it is highly impossible to merge the RTC in govt.

Reacting on this, Nani said, "KCR comments have increased our government's mindset to merge APSRTC at any cost. Definitely, in a stipulated time frame, we will merge RTC in the government so that the employees will get benefitted. Hopefully, it will get done in three or six months' time."

After the Huzurnagar by-election result, KCR made critical comments on TSRTC merge with government and when the media asked about AP government decision on APSRTC merge, he replied that Jagan's government appointed a committee and will take time. KCR himself made clear that the merger of RTC won’t happen at any cost.

He further said the merging of APSRTC with the government is purely CM YS Jagan's decision and it is a bold one. Nani said that the merger is happening on the election promise of Jagan Mohan Reddy and we take KCR's words in a positive manner, which raised our confidence to implement a merger.
