Today, the three capital bill or decentralization of AP capital bill is going to get placed in the assembly. However, there are some facts that are being overlooked by its supporters. The first thing is that the need for the organization of three capitals in AP is not at all mentioned. Just the distribution is being shown with the support of the overall development of the state which might not be practical.
Secondly, the Boston Committee reports don't look like a piece of cake. They are complex. The Boston Committee seems to have been working to take care that this decision of YSRCP gets supported solidly without any deviations in it.
The third thing in this is the High Power Committee. It is also constituted by YSRCP and looks like it is also aiming at supporting the YSRCP's decision. Its main agenda is to know what farmers want and show them that what they want exists, while there is no such thing practically except in reports. This shows that they are using a great deal of strategy in this bill proposal.
