Naidu’s cry over Grama Volunteers goes awry with YCP leaders’ retaliation

Nara Chandra Babu Naidu commented on Grama Volunteers scheme launched by YCP government giving an opportunity to jobless youth to work as volunteers in Villages and rural areas. Vijay Sai Reddy, Member of Parliament from Andhra Pradesh and an important leader of YSRCP, has reacted after a while.

"Is this a kind of job that you give to kids? Do you ask them to roam around the village with a three-wheeler? By providing such a job, do you think you have given them a livelihood that they can be proud of? Is Rs. 5000/- even a good salary for these people?" asked CBN aggressively.

“And looking at such jobs, these people expect us to appreciate them and sing praises for them. I am ashamed of these people and their politics!" he added while concluding his speech. How can he support the admission of Lokesh into government without much experience but comment on children who found a living by helping others, asked Vijay Sai Reddy as a counter to CBN’s comments?

Vidala Rajini, Chilakalaluripet MLA, shared the photos of Dharamasagaram Grama Volunteer, Boyalamma helping an old man to climb into a 108 ambulance saying that NCBN's comments made her unhappy as the scheme and the people who got jobs under the scheme are working for the betterment of villages while helping people.

Similarly, in one or another way, CBN’s own steps are getting him into more trouble, thereby creating even more hatred towards CBN among the people of Andhra Pradesh. Looks like CBN is going to have a tougher time in future elections too.
