Re-polling in Delhi booth as officer forgot to delete test votes!
It looks like this Lok Sabha election there bring held this year will stand for the worst execution of Election Commission. After their failure in handling the situations in the first phase of elections, EC seemed to be recovered in the next three phases. But at the end phases of the LS polls, EC failed to be effective.
The Election Commission has ordered re-poll at a polling booth in Delhi's Chandni Chowk parliamentary constituency on May 19. The poll body declared re-poll at polling station number 32 of Chandni Chowk segment after the presiding officer forgot to delete the test votes before the actual polling on May 12. The counting of votes will take place on May 23.
In Chandni Chowk, sitting BJP MP and Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan is contesting against four-time Lok Sabha MP and Congress leader Jai Prakash Agarwal and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Pankaj Gupta.
