Telangana-CM’s office to be shifted to Begumpet?
Till now everyone was wondering, where will CM's office be, if the present secretariat complex is demolished. It is known that KCR is not visiting the CM's office for Vaastu reasons. However, there are considerable officials and various departments which are attached to the Chief Minister, where the CM's office is located. This generates a need for CM's office somewhere else.
According to sources, this temporary CM's office will be located in the Metro Rail office in Begumpet. It is a four-storeyed building. The three floors will be used as CM's office while the remaining one floor will be left to the metro rail department. Also, the government will be paying the rent for using the metro rail premises.
Also, there were indications that the Chief Secretary's office might be shifted to Burgula Ramakrishna Rao Bhavan, that is close to Telugu Talli flyover in Saifabad. These officers will be functioning until the new secretariat is constructed. There have been many varies in its construction.
While some were by political parties and politicians, some even were from the public opposing the demolition of the present secretariat. Many felt it as unnecessary to demolish it and build a new one. However, after all the barriers are gone, a new one will be constructed once the present is demolished.
