To give a clean and corruption-free government to the people of Andhra Pradesh, its Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been forging ahead from the time he gained power . Cracking down on the coteries and mafias that have been looting the state has been done by him. However, the work of some officials, who got entrusted with the key responsibility of nailing the corrupt mandarins is not up to the YS Jagan's satisfaction.
PSR Anjaneyulu who is well known as no-nonsense officer has been recently brought in as the chief of the ACB while replacing incumbent Kumar Vishwajit by Jagan for this. Known to be a tough task master and a relentless crusader Anjaneyulu whole being the Transport Commissioner, had leashed in errant private vehicle operators. He ensured that all of them fall in line and comply with the rules strictly. The might of JC Diwakar Reddy and other private transporters had taken over by him.
The likes of former speaker Kodela Sivaprasad's son were also made to cough up penalties by him. As soon as he is appointed, this upright officer already began a massive drive in order to nail the corrupt. This officer launched the raids against the corrupt officials in all the 13 districts of the state.
Conduction of several raids and recovery of large amounts of unaccounted money had made possible by him in the last four days. Shivers down the spine of the corrupt officials who have become habituated to take bribes right left and centre and observed by such tough and well determined actions of him. Praises to this fearless officer out on the prowl in eliminating corruption, by striking terror at the heart of the corrupt officials.
