"Natu Natu" was shot in Ukraine in August 2021 as part of the final phase of the film RRR. This was a few months before the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Filming took place in front of the Mariinsky Palace (the Presidential Palace of Ukraine) in Kyiv. Chandra Bose penned the lyrics for the Telugu song composed by MM Keeravani, featuring Junior NTR and Ram Charan. Rahul Sipliganj and Kalabhairava perform.The lyrical version of the song was released on November 10, 2021.
In March of this year, South Indian film star Ramcharan made headlines in Ukraine. A video on Twitter showed a Ukrainian soldier referring to Ram Charan.
