Yet again High Court takes on KCR government

KCR Govt was under fire as 10,000 Hit by Dengue, over 3 Lakh down with Viral Fever in Telangana in September and the same thing is worrying them now. Then, the Telangana High Court rapped KCR Govt over the rise in Dengue cases.

And again, the number of dengue cases in Hyderabad has left health officials and residents worried. However, the government has not shown strict actions against mosquito-borne diseases.

In October, High Court had asked the State Government to pay Rs 50 lakh Ex gratia to the kin of those who died due to dengue if it can't control the mosquito-borne diseases. While hearing a petition filed on Dengue menace in Telangana, The High Court sought an explanation from the TRS Government about the measures taken to curb the spread of diseases.

Justice expressed his displeasure over the inappropriate details provided by the Government. State Government got questioned why it failed to buy vehicles that kill mosquitoes even though the orders had passed two weeks ago. Already the High Court stalled the privatization of RTC and it seems like the troubles for the TRS Government from the high court might continue for a longer period. Health Care and RTC Issues are worrying KCR more than anything else.
